Every product is handcrafted in small batches with intention, care, and an unwavering commitment to safe, organic ingredients for you and your pets.
Because everything is poured, labeled, and packaged by hand, our shipping process reflects the love and time we put into every order.
📦 Processing Times
Each item at LAO is handcrafted in small, fresh batches.

Current processing time: 2–4 business days

During new launches, holidays, or restocks, processing may extend to 5–7 business days
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.
🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We ship orders using USPS and UPS, depending on package size and destination.
Estimated delivery time once shipped:

USPS First Class: 3–5 business days

UPS Ground: 3–7 business days
Please note: Delivery times may vary due to postal delays, weather, or high-volume seasons.

Your order is packaged intentionally, with the planet and your pets in mind.
🏡 Order Changes & Address Corrections
If you need to update your shipping address or adjust your order, please email us within 12 hours of placing it.
Once an order has shipped, we can no longer make changes.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address entered at checkout, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.
🔍 Tracking Your Order
Once your order leaves our hands, you will receive a tracking email.
If your tracking number says “Delivered” but you don’t see the package:

Check your mailbox, porch, and surrounding areas

Check with household members or neighbors

Allow 24 hours in case it’s delivered late in the day

📦 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Because we rely on third-party carriers, LAO is not responsible for:

Packages marked as delivered but not received

Packages stolen after delivery

Carrier delays
However, we genuinely care about your experience.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days with photos, and we will make it right.

Because our products are personal-care and pet-wellness items, all sales are final.
